212ai is a multi-tenant CRM and client workspace built for agencies and operators who run more than one account. Contacts, pipeline, automations, communications, AI agents, a built-in website builder, and HAMP (Human Activity Mining Protocol) live in one branded workspace — so your team stops juggling five tools to close one deal.

Agencies, consultants, and growth teams that manage client workspaces (sub-accounts) under one agency roof. Solo operators use it too — but the architecture shines when you need separate pipelines, branding, and permissions per client without spinning up a new SaaS stack each time.

Your agency is the top-level tenant. Each client or brand gets its own sub-account with its own contacts, pipeline, forms, website, AI agents, and team members. Agency owners and sub-account admins see what they administer; collaborators can be scoped to assigned territories when territory mode is enabled.

212ai is built as a unified workspace — not a patchwork of bolt-on modules. Pipeline, forms, automations, email and SMS, web-chat and voice AI, reports, and a website builder share one contact record and one activity timeline. You own the relationship with your data: tenant isolation is enforced in the database first, not just in the UI.

Yes. Drop in a CSV from Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or anywhere else. The importer fuzzy-matches name, email, phone, and company columns automatically; map anything else manually. Most teams are live with their list in under a minute.

Invite users from your sub-account dashboard. Each member gets a role — admin or collaborator — and can be assigned to territories when territory scoping is turned on. Invites arrive by email and land the recipient directly in the right workspace.

Multi-page marketing sites and single-page VSL funnels. Sections cover hero, services, about, testimonials, FAQ, contact, and more — configurable from the website panel without touching code.

Published sites ship on a gitpage.site subdomain by default. Custom domain mapping depends on your gitpage.site plan and DNS setup — we can walk you through it during onboarding.

Security & data

All tenant data is isolated with Row Level Security in Postgres — only you and the people you invite can read or write to your workspace. Provider credentials and integration secrets are encrypted server-side and never returned to the browser. Daily backups and encrypted-at-rest storage are standard.

Yes. Contacts and most list views export as CSV at any time. Your data stays portable — you're not locked into a black-box database you can't query.

When enabled on a sub-account, collaborators only see contacts and deals in territories they're assigned to. Owners and admins retain broader access. Authorization is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the UI.

Form submission endpoints are public today. A full read/write REST API is on the roadmap. In the meantime, every major list exports CSV and the underlying Postgres schema is queryable for advanced integrations.
